How Life Wife Works

From your initial enquiry to the service itself, I aim to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.

We’ll start with a quick phone call to cover off your needs and the help you’re looking for. This is followed by a short, free in-person consultation, where I can assess your home, the work and time involved before providing a firm quote.

When you book with Life Wife, you’ll deal directly with me, Rita (the owner), throughout the process. I’ll be your main point of contact and the person who carries out your service, so you’ll always know who’s coming into your home.

Mutual respect and open communication are key. If you have any questions along the way, you’re always welcome to get in touch. My aim is for you to feel informed and confident about your service.

I’m respectful of your privacy and treat your home with care. I work to the agreed scope in your quote, using my judgement to make the best use of the time allocated to your service.

I don’t rush around your home or hurry through tasks. That’s not the energy I want to bring into your home. I work in a calm, considered manner, giving each task the attention it needs.

I keep an eye out for areas where improvements can be made or adjustments to your service might be helpful. I’ll suggest these along the way so we can discuss and implement any changes that suit your needs.

You’ll receive your invoice on the day of your service, including details of the work carried out that day. Payment is due on the day of service and can be made by cash or bank transfer.

As Life Wife grows, any changes to who carries out your service will be communicated well in advance and made with your approval. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet any new staff, including those training with me, before any changes take place.

And last but not least, I’m always open to receiving feedback after any service. All feedback is welcome and appreciated, and your referrals and recommendations are valued so very much!

For all General Cleaning, Deep Cleaning and Decluttering Services, I use a combination of my favourite cleaning products (approved by you beforehand) and your own preferred products and equipment, including your vacuum cleaner and mop.

This personalised approach gives you peace of mind knowing the products and equipment used in your home suit your preferences. I’m also happy to keep an eye on your cleaning products and let you know when you’re running low on anything.
